Grip & Electric Training at MBS

This summer, Tricha participated in the inaugural Illumination Program hosted by MBS Studios. Participants were taught on-set technical skills, virtually and on-site by experts, with an emphasis on female leaders in the industry. This training was the first and only formal Below-the-Line training program of its kind.

This program is pioneered by Irene Phan, Vice President at The MBS Group, and made possible through a partnership with Women in Media. Television City is supporting this partnership through its $1 million Changing Lenses pledge, whose goal is to promote efforts that increase equity and diversity in the entertainment industry.
